We're excited to announce that we have teamed up with Action Engineering Inc to bring a NEW revolutionary product to the screen printing industry - The Captain Cool.

This piece of equipment will mount to the printhead directly after a flash unit and you WILL still be able to print in that next head!

This eliminates the need completely for a cooldown station which will save you THOUSANDS of dollars since you don't have to consider extra space for cooldown stations when press shopping anymore!

More information and videos of the unit in production will be available shortly. Check it out below!

TEASER!

We've engineered a product that we'll be bringing to market very shortly. This product solves a couple HUGE problems in the screen printing industry!

The problems we solved all in one unit are:

- needing to leave a blank printhead/cooldown station for hot, sticky ink after a flash (wasted space!)

- ink curing in a screen after the flash unit.

- pallets overheating during a long run.

These problem can cause people to buy larger presses than they need to factor in these cooldown stations and/or not utilize the full color capacity of their existing presses.

Anyone who has put a screen directly after a flash has at some point experienced the screen sticking and snapping off the print when the pallets drop. Oh boy does that make us cringe!

** We will be officially patent pending within the next 48 hours and I will be able to share more info then!**
