I just snipped a tiny bit of the herbs from the first herb garden I planted this spring; oregano, dill, chives, and Thyme. I started a new one last week. With garlic chives, tarragon, and orange balm added to the mix. I also planted stand alone patches of catnip, mint, and spearmint. In theory these are all perennials, so they should keep coming back every year.

How can I help you accomplish your business goals? I had been working with Tamarack Realty since 2017, by providing them with photos and video slideshow tours for all of their managed properties.

In the fall of 2020 they approached me about wanting to sell off the vacation rental side of their business, and the possibility of me updating their web presence, as their website at the time was still relying on an outdated website built in Microsoft Front Page, and it didn't allow for their customers to book vacation rentals directly through the site.

I provided this new spinoff business, Tamarack Rentals, with licensing for all of the properties I had previously made content for, adding value that could be passed onto the purchaser. I also created a new website for them that would be easy to update on a regular basis, and allow customers to book rental properties directly through a content management solution in WordPress, in conjunction with finding and integrating a third party payment solution plugin that would work with the new booking platform.

To this day I provide website and booking platform assistance to Tamarack Rentals, as well as photo and video content creation to help with marketing over 50 rental properties in their portfolio.

If you know of anyone looking for a house in the Portland, Maine area, or if you're a buyer agent with a client looking for a house, check out this recently listed 3br, 2 bath, 1718 sq. ft. house, in Windham, ME. Lots of bright natural light, a good sized lot and deck for gardening and entertaining, and it's in a desirable quiet neighborhood, conveniently close to shopping. The roof was redone in 2019, and in 2022 a heat pump and on demand hot water system was installed.

Here's the latest before and after virtual staging project I performed for a real estate listing. I typically charge $44 per image which includes 1 round of edits, and $15 per each additional round of edits if required.
