Every June we hear the same line from new clients. It is just slow in summer.
Sometimes that is true. Some industries genuinely cool down between Memorial Day and Labor Day, and the right move is to use the quiet to build, not to push.
Most of the time, though, it is not the season. It is that the system stopped catching the leads it used to catch, and the slower volume made it visible. The cracks were always there. June just stops covering them.
A simple audit usually finds the answer fast. A form that broke after an integration update. A nurture sequence that quietly stopped firing in April. A landing page that lost its tracking three weeks ago.
If June feels slow, look at the plumbing before you blame the season.
