Office administration assisting with screening phone calls, handling accounts payable and receivables, setting delivery and receiving appointments, and other general office needs. Using Quickbooks for ap/ar, QB experince is extremely helpful but not required (on job training is available). Experience and prior training taken into consideration for starting salary. Hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday but can be flexible, salary based on 36-40 hrs per week, no overtime/weekends. Looking for a well organized individual who can handle fast paced workload in a small office environment.
