I was too busy working to take a lot of pictures but we went from mum plugs to a field of potted plants in about 5 hours and that included a rain delay. We had a crew of 11 who transplanted in an assembly line type fashion, until nearly 1500 plants were in place. I can’t thank them enough.

Yesterday I picked the first red tomato of the season! June 5th is now my record for having red tomatoes ready. Before it was June 23rd. BLT’s are on the menu for this evening. You all can start watching the farm stand for homegrown, handpicked tomatoes. 🍅

This is a great week to visit the Farmers Market. I brought broccoli, onions, fresh herbs and garlic.
