Looking for an energetic, organized person who can manage people and projects. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to work with databases and spreadsheets and knowledge or a desire to learn advertising, marketing, design, print-publishing and web-publishing. This position can be challenging, but fun. This position requires the coordination and project management between the design department, print division and mail room.

Daily schedule is from 8 am to 2 pm, Monday through Friday, but has room to grow to full-time.

Ideal candidate will have:
- High Energy and a positive attitude.
- Be able to work as an integral part of the TEAM.
- Great people skills and excellent project management skills.
- Be able to greet customers and prospects in person and over the phone.
- Be able to use Microsoft Word & Excel, and be effective in communicating over email.
- Additional knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- Desire to learn advertising, marketing, design, print-publishing and web-publishing.
