The funeral for Jason David Frank was this weekend. JDF was a childhood icon to me, as the Green then White Ranger and as Tommy Oliver. Every one of the Rangers were my heroes! Losing him is a tragedy and I only hope he knew how much of an impact he had on my generation.

The Fubar has been the setting of some of the best stories. For 20 years it has been the place to make new friends, reunite with old ones, watch the family grow and share memories of family we have lost. I am so happy to have a place filled with so many wonderful people in my life.

This Halloween we are celebrating 20 years of owning The Fubar and the house on Morton. The Fubar is a member of the family, even when it was just a concrete slab! Hundreds of parties, thousands of games of cribbage, and so many corks on the ceiling! No matter when you’ve been there, if you know the HOLM family, you have a Fubar story

This one took some heavy thinking. At first when I thought Glampire I pictured Louis and Lestat from interview of the vampire. But then I got the idea of Marceline the Vampire queen mixed with ziggy stardust.
