We're getting ready for the turtle races next week! Look at these fun colors for our shirts! 🐢 🐢

These shirts were designed and pressed by students who take part in the business classes at Battle Lake High School and manage the School Store. We ❤ working with them!

Shirts are sold during the races each week - $15 each or 2 for $25. Proceeds go towards the LACC mission of creating space for our community members and visitors to celebrate, learn, and grow together.

PUBLIC NOTICE Starting the week of July 11th, the City of Battle Lake will begin reconstructing Olaf Avenue and Memory Lane. The proposed project will consist of improvements to the roadway and drainage, along with various pedestrian improvements from Highway 210 to County Highway 83 within the City Limits. The project is anticipated to be completed in roughly six weeks and is being funded through a grant by the Minnesota Department of Transportation. Access during the construction may be limited, and travelers will be asked to follow the traffic control signage unless they are accessing properties within the construction limits.
