I saw this signage on a table at a restaurant when traveling recently. I don't want to throw anyone under the bus here but Google clearly tells us this violates their policies and can get your Google Business profile disabled. Do not incentivize your customers to leave you a Google review. This business has hundreds of reviews on Google - if someone reports them, they could vanish. It's NOT WORTH THE RISK.

Two clients received exactly the same website lead today. I might not have given it a second look until I noticed they were the same down to the letter including a detail about the first name of an acquaintance who recommended the company. I notified both clients right away.

When website leads look like they might be a scam you put on your detective hat and search for the person's name, search the phone number, search the domain after the @ in their email address, search the property or project they are referring to. Search any details they provide BEFORE you click to open any link or attachment.

Testimonial Tuesday!! Cherie Garrison Horhay, owner of Hands on CPR Training, hosted a business after hours CPR training class for members of the Greater Toms River Chamber of Commerce. Cherie provided knowledgeable instruction, professional equipment, and expertly answered every question I threw her way (I had a lot of them).
