A message from Founder Jeanne Porter:

Three years ago, on April 18, 2022, I lost my beloved daughter, Kim Porter. It was the hardest moment of my life.

Through faith, I found peace — and a way to honor Kim’s beautiful heart, her love for people, and her deep commitment to serving her community. As she served, her love spread to children at the Boys & Girls Clubs in Ramona and Julian, California, where she helped create those clubs to pour into the lives of young people.

We created the Kimberley Porter Scholarship Fund to help women in need pursue their education. Now, our dream is to expand the fund to award a scholarship to a female high school senior preparing for college — giving her the chance to step boldly into her future.
