🤝 Face-to-Face business has become a dying breed and that’s exactly why it matters to me more than ever.
After 15 years of being on the road, traveling throughout North America and visiting clients face-to-face, one thing has become very clear to me:
Showing up still matters.
In a world of emails, texts, Zoom calls, and automated follow-ups, taking the time to get in the car, get on a plane, and sit across the table from a client has become increasingly rare.
And maybe that’s exactly why clients appreciate it even more today.
There’s something you simply can’t replace about shaking someone’s hand, seeing their operation firsthand, listening to what’s happening in their business, and understanding how you can help them grow.
It’s not always about making a sale that day.
It’s about building trust, strengthening relationships, listening, learning, and showing your customers that their business matters enough for you to show up.
Technology has made doing business faster and easier, but after 15 years on the road, I still believe some of the strongest business relationships are built the old-fashioned way:
Show up. Listen. Shake hands. Build the relationship.
The miles are worth it. ✈️ 🚗 🤝
