Over the years, the Burke Advertising team has been fortunate to witness some spectacular events — and seeing Dolly Parton inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame will always rank near the top.
Watch this clip we took that night and you’ll see why.

Dolly shared the stage with some of the biggest names in music and completely commanded it. During a production break in the HBO taping, she took charge of the stage with the confidence, humor and personality that made her such a one-of-a-kind performer.

Her authenticity and unmistakable brand connected with people everywhere. By the end of the night, there was no question this country singer belonged in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

We were lucky to witness it.

We had a blast creating a campaign for Mel’s Funway Park and their Boots, Brews & BBQ Country Concert.

With a Kenny Chesney tribute band headlining the big event, we had some fun building early buzz and ticket sales—with a promotion featuring a Kenny Chesney-autographed book and a free limo ride to the show!
