WHY I DO CARDIO DURING A BULK⬇️
1)Reduces the risk of obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, etc. ✅
2) Increases blood flow and decreases a chance of a stroke✅
3) Improves better quality of sleep✅
4) Strengthens your immune system✅
5) Improves mood and overall brain health✅
6) Reduces chronic pain✅
7) Builds endurance, which helps during strength training✅
Even when you’re trying to gain size, cardiovascular activity should be performed year round.
There’s more to cardio than burning calories and losing weight. With heart disease running in my family, performing cardio is a huge part of my training program YEAR ROUND.
Don’t ever let a gym bro tell you “cardio will kill your gainz”. Cardio is not the one killing your gainz, it’s your nutrition+inconsistency.
