“Why does the cap cost different than the polo? It’s the same logo.”
Fair question.
Our question back: Where do you want the logo on the cap?
Front and center? Right over the seam?
That changes things.
A cap is curved, structured and has a seam running directly through the middle. The logo has to be prepared and embroidered specifically for that surface so it stays straight, clean and doesn’t pucker.
Then every cap gets finished by hand—loose threads trimmed, tails cleaned up and everything checked before it goes out the door.
Most of that work is invisible.
And that’s exactly the point.
You shouldn’t notice the thread. You should notice that six months later, your hat still looks good.

Lights low. Beat on. Ink down.
Every color you see in this print has its own screen. Each one has to line up just right so the finished design feels like one piece—not a stack of colors.
That’s the difference between putting a logo on a shirt and creating merch people actually want to wear.
Good design. Good apparel. Really good print.
Turn the sound up for this one. 🔊

Your logo is white.
Your polo is maroon.
Easy enough, right?
Okay… which white?
Bright white. Soft white. Silver white. Off-white. There are more options on that thread wall than you’d think.
Choose the wrong one and your logo can look washed out. Choose the right one and it looks exactly like your brand is supposed to.
That’s why we hold the actual thread against the actual apparel before the first stitch ever hits the shirt.
It’s a small detail.
But your brand is made up of small details.
Let Fully Promoted handle the apparel so you can focus on growing your business.

Cream on cream. Subtle on purpose.
Because the best branded apparel doesn’t always need to scream your company name from across the room.
Choose a jacket your team would actually buy for themselves. Add a clean, understated logo. Now you have branded outerwear they’ll wear to work, the grocery store, the soccer game, the airport—everywhere.
That’s when company apparel stops feeling like a uniform and starts working for your brand.
Better apparel gets worn. And what gets worn gets seen.
Let Fully Promoted handle the apparel so you can focus on growing your business.

They asked us for T-shirts.
We asked when they’d actually be wearing them.
A workforce program was getting ready to welcome a new group of young people entering the trades. Most would be working outdoors from October through spring.
Suddenly, a T-shirt didn’t make much sense on a 38-degree morning at 7 a.m.
So we changed the order.
Instead of tees, we went with soft shell jackets they could wear on the job site, to an interview, and everywhere in between.
Because sometimes the right branded apparel isn’t what you originally planned to order.
It’s what your people actually need.
The problem we solve isn’t the shirt. It’s the weather they’re walking into.

Big wins start with great planning. 👏

Congratulations to Michelle Monhollen and Robert Steffek of Fully Promoted Centerville, OH, on a successful open house built around customer connection and smart follow-up.

With 40 scheduled customer appointments, six supplier partners, live product demonstrations, branded giveaways, and fresh ideas for upcoming events and holiday gifting, the team created plenty of reasons for customers to engage, explore, and plan ahead.

The results continued beyond the event, with strong sales, 16 new Google reviews, and a 4.9-star rating for the location.

It’s a strong example of how Fully Promoted franchise owners can turn thoughtful local marketing and strong customer relationships into lasting business momentum.

“Our team doesn’t really wear the company stuff.”
Okay. Then let’s stop ordering the same company stuff.
Instead, ask a better question: What does your team actually wear when they’re not at work?
A good hoodie? Quarter-zip? Fleece? Joggers?
That’s where we start.
The best branded apparel shouldn’t feel like something you’re required to wear. It should feel like something you would’ve bought anyway—just with your company’s logo on it.
The problem isn’t getting your logo on apparel.
It’s getting your apparel out of the closet.
Let Fully Promoted help you create company gear people actually want to wear.

A good apparel order should be kind of boring.
Hear us out.
You order shirts today.
Six months later, you reorder them.
Same logo.
Same colors.
Same placement.
Same quality.
No surprises.
That's harder to pull off than it sounds.
It takes keeping the right embroidery files, matching the same thread and ink colors, maintaining consistent placement, and holding every order to the same standard.
Because over time, little differences add up.
A slightly different blue here. A logo sitting a little lower there. Suddenly the gear from last year doesn't quite match the gear from this year.
Your brand shouldn't slowly change every time you reorder apparel.
It should look like your brand. Every time.
That's the kind of boring we like.

Two shops quote the same shirt.
One comes back cheaper.
On day one? You might not see much difference.
Month four is where things get interesting.
One print is starting to crack and fade. The other still looks great.
That's because a lot of what determines print quality happens behind the scenes.
The right ink for the fabric.
The right cure temperature.
The right pressure.
The right mesh.
The right setup.
Get those details right and you create a shirt people keep reaching for.
And that's important.
Because branded apparel only keeps marketing your business as long as somebody keeps wearing it.
Sometimes the better question isn't:
"How much does each shirt cost?"
It's:
"How long will people actually want to wear it?"
