HELP HELP HELP Hello all, we (upcookgizmo.com) need HELP.

we have some customers who have made their orders and HAVE PAID us. but we are not able to order their product from supplier because
1) we do not have their correct Zip Code or even street address.
We have tried to email them, but emaill address bouced back.
one person is from Tenessee.
the other is from Florida, and one from Alabama. 2) another person has ordered and we have received their payment, but we did not receive their order. so we emailed them, but no reply from them.

we pity all these people. we are not sure how else to contact these people.
DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA HOW TO CONTACT THESE PEOPLE OR HOW TO HELP THEM? Thanks in advance.

HOW TO USE YOUR NO MORE MESS KNEADING BAG

Hello dear customers and future customers,

we had a few quiries about how to use this NO MORE MESS Kneading Bag because it does not have any instructions enclosed.
We are sorry if you have any difficulties using this bag . We did not include any enclosure due to weight and price increase. we want to keep price at minimal level for our customers.
Moreover we enclosed this video on fb to guide those who need some assistance on how to use the amazing bag.
Kindly take note, the video here on fb is very clear, shows step by step on how to use this bag.

You would use this bag EXACTLY like how we use a bowl to mix our dough ingredients. Only difference is you tie the top or hold tightly with your 1 hand and knead the ingredients. AS OPPOSED TO A BOWL, THE ADVANTAGE OF THIS BAG IS THERE WILL BE NO MORE MESS ON YOUR COUNTER AND ON YOUR HANDS TOO.

Just follow your recipe so you dont pour too much liquid.Knead until the right texture you require. Thats it. wallah. Then you put the dough on the silicone backing mat (that we sell at upcoogizmo.com) and roll it and cut it , shape it or make your pizza or roti.
