Due to Hurricane Beryl's unexpected aftermath, we have canceled tomorrow's meeting (July 9), "Power Up Your Leadership Mindset: 3 Strategies to Supercharge Your Impact!"

Our top priorities are the safety and well-being of our members. Under the current conditions, canceling the event is in everyone's best interest. We understand this is disappointing news and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Due to the upcoming winter weather expected to impact Houston over the next couple of days, we want to prioritize the safety and well-being of everyone.

Out of an abundance of caution, we have decided to postpone the scheduled in-person meeting that was set to take place on 1/16/24.. Rescheduling has been made to ensure everyone's safety during these challenging weather conditions.

What a whirlwind morning it's been at this year's Talent Development Conference!

The opening keynote was 'Love as a Business Strategy' with the leadership team from Culture+. CEO Mohammad Anwar shared a powerful and moving story about his journey from toxic company leader to an empathetic leader. This journey culminated in Culture+ being founded and helping others choose love as a business strategy.

The team shared their 6 Pillars of Love which is the foundation of everything they do for their company culture:

📈 3x revenue increase

📉 Reduced attrition from 30% to 12% (Mohammad shared onstage that this number had decreased to less than 2%!)
