SAVE THE DATES and plan to attend the Heartland Quilters' Guild - North Platte, NE's 2026 Quilt Show.

The show displays quilts of all sizes including modern, traditional, pieced, embroidered and appliqued projects. This year's show will include a special patriotic quilts section to honor the 250th anniversary of the United States of America.

In addition to the beautiful quilt work the show includes a boutique featuring handmade and quilted items, a silent auction, demonstrations, the Nebraska State Quilt Guild’s 2026 raffle quilt and the Heartland Quilters’ Guild’s raffle quilt.

Nebraskaland Days festivities. Events include the Buffalo Bill Rodeo, Miss Rodeo Nebraska competition, competitive Art Show, Antique Car Show, Nebraskaland Days Parade, concerts and so much more.

Enjoy this Facebook live from the IIowa Quilt Museum with the latest news and updates on the festivities happening now.

It's the Iowa Quilt Festival this week. Have fun emjoying the retreat, classes and lecture and on Saturday - Airing of the Quit displays throughout Madison County.

The festival concludes on June 6 with the cherished “Airing of the Quilts.” Throughout
Winterset, quilts will be displayed in merchant windows, on porches and fences and in
private homes, and even arrayed in two of Madison County’s famed covered bridges.
Highlights include selections from the 2026 QuiltCon show in the Cutler-Donahoe bridge
– a striking blend of contemporary design against 19 th century craftsmanship.

At the museum, visitors can explore “In Flanders Field”, a breathtaking exhibit featuring 225 quilts from the Cherrywood Fabrics’ 2024 Poppy Challenge.

Honoring service and community, six new Quilts of Valor on display in the museum will be awarded on July 4 in the town square.

This one-of-a-kind celebration of quilting, history and community is not to be missed.
