2024 has been a year of growth, change, restructuring, and continued commitment to excellence. Without fault, our employees make all the positives possible by taking exemplary care of our clients day after day, month after month, year after year. Today, Kids First Community gave away 250 pairs of shoes to kids in our community which was made possible thanks to our employees, clients, and a service-minded culture. When asked if we could help, an employee immediately agreed then asked management. She knew we get involved in our communities so 'Yes' was a foregone conclusion. Through the struggles of running a business, I am again reminded of all the good we accomplish from our unwavering focus on adding value. We do more than earn a living. We strive to improve what we can through our products and our commitment to the communities where we live and work. Thank you to all involved. Thank you for being a part of the culture we've built together. I am humbled and proud of Kids First Community, its employees, and thankful for our clients. Most of all, Thank you God for including me on this journey. Here's to a safe, fun year's end and a strong start to another year.
