give coffee for Christmas

I'm trying to think of something more popular than coffee in Bellingham and... it's hard to come up with anything.

So, this year I'm giving custom bags of coffee. These bags have 5.25 ounces of beans and they are $7.50 each including a custom sleeve for your bags.

There are three options for the coffee.
A. Specialty Arabica (cupping score 84.5)
B. Espresso Blend of specialty Arabica (cupping score of 82) and fine Robusta (cupping score of 81)
C. Robusta (cupping score of 81)

Most of the coffee we drink in the US is one of the varieties of Arabica. Robusta has traditionally been a much lower value bean. However, a lot of work has been done over the years to improve the flavor of Robusta. Also, if you're looking for that extra jolt in the morning Robusta may be the right choice for you. It has twice the caffeine as Arabica.

Our espresso blend is mixture of the two beans, and it is somewhat unusual because both the Arabica and Robusta beans are very high quality.

This Memorial Day let us come together in somber remembrance to honor those that gave the ultimate sacrifice to protect this country and to safeguard the rights that we hold dear.
