From getting ready in downtown Seattle on the top floor of the Grand Hyatt, to sharing their beautifully written vows with one another at Rein Fire Ranch, Derek & Marina's wedding day was breathtaking from beginning to end. I had the pleasure of filming Derek propose to Marina back in March of this year. It's been such an honor being able to capture their love story on film.

Five years ago, Jon and Nadia met while on staff at St. Josephs Hospital in Bellingham. Today they are now husband and wife! I can't find the words to express how excited I am for these two! I have known Jon for a little over six years now and was asked to not only take part in capturing their big day but to also be a groomsman in their wedding. Thank you Evan Po***ck for being our lead shooter and coming out to film this wedding for us!

A fashion shoot turned into a surprise beach proposal! Derek planned one of the most romantic proposals for his girlfriend Marina. We spent the day at a cabin near Birch bay where we captured a styled shoot for Mi Shoes. Little did Marina know that we were capturing their engagement story at the same time! It all came together as we ended the night on the beach at Semiahmoo Resort as Derek got down on one knee. Thanks to Daniel DeWaard from hatch photography who invited me to assist in capturing this special proposal adventure.
