Just an update, Yes, we are still closed, we closed for good in 2020 and retired, we had been thinking of it and well circumstances of 2020 helped with the decision. Just to let folks know who hadn't seen our post. Dear Friends- As we were tearing down the office to renovate, we have decided to retire and close up shop so we can move onto other things. It has been an interesting run and tearing down is pretty emotional, so many years and so much time invested, lots of good and fun memories. We have saved CD masters of our long time clients, so you will need to email at CDCDpring@ gmail to arrange no contact pick up one of these days, we are in no rush to do anything for a couple weeks so please give us time. If we have your masters here, they are safe. We did not keep any artwork for the one-off, fly by night band or any jerks that might have released a crappy 5 song EP 18 years ago :)

Dear friends, If you need CDs or DVDs, please note this important message. We will be turning off and dismantling printers in less than 2 weeks for at least 2 months during our renovation. Just let us know and order asap, please, no rush jobs, we have safe ordering and pick up in place. No contact payments via Paypal in advance and secure no contact front porch pick up when orders are ready.

We hardly know what to say, we are in shock and feeling very sad to learn of the sudden passing of long time dear friend and client, Diana LaDue Hand, owner of Wise Awakening. We send loving condolences to her husband, family, her many close friends, and colleagues. Diana was the kindest, gentlest person we had ever met or worked with through Carnelian Agency, it was wonderful to know her, easy to love her, and we are going to miss her. ♥

Just saying hey to everyone, hope you are all doing ok and staying safe. We have done just a few no contact payment and pick up CD orders and can do so until July when we tear things down and move equipment to renovate. After we get set up again we will likely remain a no-contact order, payment, and pick up CD /DVD business going forward. There will be no more rush jobs, we don't need any more accidents around here. Take care everyone!!!!

Not sure why folks don't know, but we have been closed, folks, 3 reasons! 1). We had a planned a closure, announced months in advance from March to May,with a possible reopening in June after rennovations. 2). Then Ric had an accident with the ream cutter and is still recovering form grafting surgery. 3). Finally, we will remain closed and self isolate for the duration of this Covid-19 Virus outbreak. Stay safe, take care of yourselves everyone!

Ric’s injury was worse than we realized, the bone was involved and cut to the nail bed. He is scheduled for grafting surgery on Thursday; this will help with speed of healing, reduce risk of infection, cover up the bone and add a bit to fingertip so he doesn’t experience pain for months on end (or the rest of his life). Looks like Carnelian will just close early for our renovation, we have a couple orders that I will seek help with and get completed somehow, but not going to think about it until the week after next.
