This is where it all began. Katharine played a pivotal role with the visionary developers behind Asbury Park’s incredible resurgence, helping transform it into the vibrant destination we know today. Meanwhile, Kelsey helped open the first luxury hotel along the Jersey Shore, rising to Senior Marketing Manager and creating programming and marketing strategies that are still making waves to this day.

✨ Hi I’m Kelsey! Co-founder of Kreative Tribe Co and your go-to for all things experiential.

With a decade of experience spanning hospitality, travel, and event planning, my passion lies in creating unforgettable moments and building meaningful connections. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University, I started my journey at a luxury concierge firm, curating travel experiences for international VIPs and corporate groups in the heart of New York City.
From there, I expanded my expertise in marketing, operations, entertainment, and event management, working with some of the most exclusive properties—like Asbury Ocean Club Resort + Residences, The Asbury, and Asbury Lanes🎶🌟

But here’s the twist: when I’m not working, I’m working! Whether it’s a hotel, a residential community, or a one-of-a-kind event, I believe every space has the potential to leave a lasting impression when it’s infused with heart, creativity, and that little bit of magic I’m always scheming.

In fact, launching Kreative Tribe Co with my twin sister has been the perfect way for me to channel my passion for experiential design and storytelling into helping brands thrive.

👋 Hi everyone, I’m Katharine, one of the co-founders of Kreative Tribe Co! I’m so excited to share a little bit about myself and our journey in building this agency.
With nearly a decade of marketing experience, I’ve had the privilege of rebranding and promoting projects that played a key role in the resurgence of Asbury Park—a city I love. From luxury real estate to pop-up activations, I’ve created and nurtured brands that tell meaningful stories.

Before diving into marketing, I earned my degree in Communications at Monmouth University, focusing on Sports Broadcasting. I even worked as an Associate Producer for MLB Network, where I was part of the team that won a Sports Emmy for Outstanding Studio Show, “MLB Tonight.” 🏆

When I’m not crafting strategies or creating content, I’m a mom and wife who loves surfing and spending time with my family. 🌊💙 Being near the water inspires my creativity and keeps me grounded.

Starting Kreative Tribe Co with my twin sister has been an absolute dream, and I can’t wait to help businesses of all sizes thrive through creativity and collaboration.

In our last post we talked about trusting our intuition - we truly believe that’s what got us to where we are today.

We all have this thing inside of us. It tells us what to do but sometimes we don’t listen to it, we use our heads instead. That feeling you get in your gut, that’s what’s called an intuition. Sometimes the feeling is good or bad but you should always follow that. In all honesty, that is the only thing you should listen to.✨

Don’t be afraid to take risks, you will never know what could happen if you stay idle. When you step outside of your comfort zone that’s when the magic happens but it takes courage to do so. Just know you are not alone! The entrepreneurial journey is by no means an easy one but it is definitely the most rewarding.

We’re sure you heard of the Bob Marley quote: “If she’s amazing, she won’t be easy. If she’s easy, she won’t be amazing. If she’s worth it, you wont give up. If you give up, you’re not worthy. ... Truth is, everybody is going to hurt you; you just gotta find the ones worth suffering for.” Now apply this to your career 🙂 We promise you won’t regret it!
