Today, I had the privilege of undergoing CPR training to ensure that if a cardiac emergency ever occurs in my professional or personal circles, I am equipped to act. In a crisis, leadership means stepping up when every second counts.

Yesterday’s Multi-chamber Business After 5 at Niche Café & Wine Bar was a wonderful experience.
