ATTENTION K18 Parents and Coaches. We will have a meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 24 at the Beloit Methodist Church Fellowship Hall to discuss the upcoming 2024 Summer season. We are anticipating 24-28 players and need to figure out how the teams will be organized. Parents and coaches. Players do not need to be there. Please share this and if you cannot attend but your son wants to play, please text or call me at 785-534-2559 and I will make sure your son is on the player list. Must be 13-16 years of age during the 2024 calendar year. Cannot be 17 during 2024. 12-year olds can be considered and evaluated on a player-by-player basis.

We are happy to announce that the Men & Boys Rally (yes, women and girls can attend too) is back after a two-year absence. It is only 15 days away, but we have two speakers that will be here on Sunday evening, March 6 beginning at 5:00 p.m. with supper in Fellowship Hall, followed by music and the program beginning at 6:15 p.m. in the sanctuary. Ty Zimmerman (KSU football alumni) and Bobby Randall (major league baseball player and college head coach) will be here. They both work with FCA out of the Manhattan, Junction City area and are excited to come share an inspirational message with all of us. The deadline to order meals is fast approaching, so let us know if you would like to reserve your meal. Beloit Summer Baseball Parents! Fill out the baseball form and send to Kevin Marozas via text, email, or drop it off in my mailbox at 521 N. Campbell Avenue. Do not include the fee. We will collect for that later when the season happens! Deadline to fill out the form is next Wednesday, April 1, 2020. No fooling! - ⚾️ I need to know how many 9s, 10s, 11s, and 12s will be playing to set up 2-3 teams for Beloit, AND, we have a virtual meeting scheduled for Sunday, April 5 for the 2-3 coaches that will involve. ⚾️ - Please share with as many people as you can, because we usually put in bookbags and send it home. Kids entering kindergarten (4+) through 7th grade are eligible (you must turn 12 AFTER April 30, 2020) to play this summer.

Here's the correct form for Lion's Club Summer Baseball. I had several wrong dates on the last one. Remember, the fee for the summer is waived if your son sells 15 tickets to Lion's Club Pancake Day on Febraury 29. They can pick up tickets at the schools this week and sell until next Wednesday, Feb. 26. Many people ask me where the boys are that sell the pancake tickets, so it could be a pretty easy sell and get that summer fee waived. THIS FORM IS NOT DUE UNTIL MARCH 25! I have been getting inquiries about it, so I decided to make it available here and also at Pancake Day on February 29. Thanks!

Noah and I traveled to Courtland on Tuesday and he helped me install three 2'x2' signs that I painted for Nutri-Shield Preservatives. They upgraded their logo and I was glad to upgrade their outdoor signage.
