The best way to attract new customers is by solving their problems before they even ask.
Here’s how to do it.
Step 1: Identify the biggest problem your ideal customer is facing right now.
Step 2: Share a simple, actionable tip to help them solve it.
For example:
If you’re a fitness coach, post this:
“Struggling to lose weight? Try drinking a full glass of water before every meal—it helps control hunger and boosts metabolism.”
If you’re a lawn care business, post this:
“Want greener grass? Water early in the morning so your lawn absorbs more water before the heat evaporates it.”
Step 3: Add a non-pushy call to action.
For example:
“If you want help with this, let me know—I’d love to help you get results.”
Posting like this does three things:
1. It shows you understand your customers’ problems.
2. It builds trust by giving value first.
3. It makes it easy for customers to reach out without feeling pressured.
Keep your tips short, simple, and useful.
