This is a real client. A real negative review. And a real review we successfully worked to have removed. 👏

The review was left by someone who had never actually done business with the company. And sometimes, even when someone is a customer, the situation may be outside of your control—or the reviewer may simply be unreasonable.

That doesn’t mean you have to accept every negative review without question. If a review violates Google’s policies, you can fight it. You just have to know how.

This is one of the reasons businesses hire a marketing company. Yes, you can manage your marketing yourself—but your time is valuable.
