I have big dreams for this space in the coming year.
Who am I? I am a thirty-something mother of three, a lover of nature in all seasons, and a tried and failed and tried again entrepreneur. I struggle to call myself a businesswoman (I have never owned a suit and haven't worn heels since prom), but I am realizing the term doesn't have a one-size-fits-all definition. Creativity and business can, in fact, hold hands and frolic together into the sunset.
My heart since I became a mother myself is for supporting mamas in their everyday lives. For many of us, that looks like the holiest form of multitasking. We are mothers full time, and the job pays exactly zero dollars and zero cents per year (actually, it COSTS MONEY). So, we juggle other roles, too--because we have to as a means to financial peace or because we have to as a means to fulfillment peace, or both.
I hope to feature a wide variety of businesses in this space, as well as organize an annual in-person market and maybe a conference or two. I want to help you build your brand and an unwavering community of support to hold it up. Mostly, I want you to see the beauty in what you do, the needs you meet, and the unique element you bring to Northwest Arkansas by being your authentic self.
Who run the world?
Moms.
Oh, yeah. My name is Jordan, and this is a bit of my story. I can't wait to meet you and share yours.
