Juggling a career and a side hustle? Yep, I'm right there with you. Here's a bit of what I do to manage both worlds:

🗓️ Managing My Time: My secret? A forward-looking schedule. I try to know ahead of time what days I may need to work late nights or early mornings to meet deadlines. I found that it sucks less when I plan for it

🤝 Team Power: I've got rockstars in the office and technical wizards for my business. Trust and teamwork are my ingredients of choice.
🎯 Laser Focus: Whether I'm strategizing for the next quarter or designing a new client website, I'm all in. Full focus, full throttle.

🛌 Sleep Like a Boss: Who runs the world? People who get their full 8 hours, that's who. I'm a firm believer in beauty rest for the brain.

🏆 Goal Getter: Clear goals are my stepping stones. They keep me hustling and help me track the wins, big and small.

📚 Always Learning: Trends, workshops, mentors – I'm on it. Staying sharp for both worlds means never stopping learning.

When your business just felt like a little side hustle, you didn’t think twice about having professional pictures taken or a real website. Especially since most of your clients were coming from word of mouth.

But now that you are really booking quite a few clients and putting yourself out there, it’s embarrassing when they ask to see your website or if you are on Instagram or LinkedIn.

Obviously, you would love to be able to say, here’s my business card and the said card would have the link to a professional website that blows them away and immediately makes them want to book a consultation.

You want your brand to be a reflection of how serious you’re taking the business which is why you likely attempted to make one yourself or convinced your friend to do it for you.

But now that you are getting more attention, you know your current brand might actually make people question the legitimacy of your business.

When my client from Black Paper Party created their first website they were just a Christmas-themed brand.

But then they got popular, the business grew, and they wanted to make sure their brand now reflected they cover more than one season and they needed their site to convert more sales.

The biggest challenge for them is they had outgrown their brand, and at the pace they were growing it was hard to keep up the momentum with that old branding.

Does your lack of clarity and experience have you afraid to launch your new brand or offer?

I promise that if you take the time to be intentional & strategic, your next launch will be better than the last! 🙌🏾

Consider these tips your building blocks🧱 for a successful launch! They work great separately, but when you put them together, CHEF'S KISS! 😘

Tip 1️⃣ Have a plan:
don't assume that the people would come if you put your new offer out there one time. Implement a strategy where you CONSISTENTLY talk about your new offer at least 2 weeks before it launches to get people excited

Tip 2️⃣ Define success:
It can be a certain number of orders, number of sales, email sign-ups, anything! Creating a realistic goal can level-set your expectations and focus your efforts.

Tip 3️⃣ Cater your message:
It's easy to put yourself first, but your launch needs to be centered around what your ideal clients need to hear. As you promote, make sure what you say speaks to her, not you!

My clients were struggling🗣...

and I needed a better way to help them!

As I reflected on 2021 I realized that was I was making HUGE mistakes when it came to positioning my business. 🤦🏾‍♀️

I was afraid to talk about it. I was downplaying the transformation by "just selling websites," and I wasn't getting to the core of what my clients really needed to jumpstart their business. They would come to me thinking that they needed a website and logo, but they required much more in reality.
