Then you'll probably like us! We're a family operation that started with my parents - Bill and Kay Thomas - when they opened their Mail Boxes Etc. franchise in the Bella Vista Town Center in 1991. In the early
2000s, they decided to break away from their franchise and go independent...Bentonville Copy & Ship was born! During the COVID years, we noticed our customers' needs and requests began trending in a different direction. The need was not so much for the pack-and-ship retail counter my parents opened, but for quality printing and affordable design for side hustles, startups, small businesses, nonprofits, and other local organizations. We felt like this new direction was worthy of a fresh start and a new name. In 2022 we rolled out our Wild Beaver Print Shop rebranding, offering walk-in retail print and copy services alongside design services. By Q4 2023 it became very clear to us that our core business was way more commercial than retail. We made the decision to close our retail walk-in counter operations and go all-in on design and commercial printing. In November 2023 we re-launched/re-branded as Wild Beaver Design & Production Studio. The name reflects the true nature of our core business and disassociates us from a retail print shop operation. This is a new and unexpected path that we're all so excited about it. Our Big Mission has always been to become THE creative design and production resource for small businesses, nonprofits and other groups in our community and this change allows us to focus 100% on that.
