With more than 20 years of experience in journalism, strategic communications, and proposal development, Dana knows how to turn complex ideas into compelling stories that move organizations forward.

It’s and there are so many things I could say as an agency founder.

However, I want to use the day to shoutout the two women supporting our clients and creating all the content you see on the Fletcher Media Consulting page.

Karlee Kidd joined in June with enthusiasm and grit that is contagious. She continues to bring bright ideas to the table, create engaging content and shares her spark with our team and clients. I knew from her initial interview that she was a standout, and I am so proud of what we’ve done so far (and what’s coming soon).

AJ Boudreaux joined us last November and has truly become my right-hand-woman. She handles everything from graphic design and social content to late night brainstorms, conferences, and client support. I am so proud of the work we’ve done together and cannot wait to see where it grows.

We’ll share how this team is growing soon, but it wouldn’t be here without AJ & Karlee’s dedication. Happy World PR Day! None of this would be possible without the incredible clients, colleagues and staff supporting my dreams🤍

We’re growing, and we’re looking for our first Part-Time PR & Content Writer to join the Fletcher Media Consulting team.

This role is an opportunity to help shape the stories behind the businesses building our communities. From press releases and thought leadership to website copy, blogs, and newsletters, you’ll create strategic content for Fletcher Media Consulting and our clients across commercial real estate, architecture, engineering, construction, and economic development.

If you’re a curious writer with exceptional storytelling skills and a passion for meaningful communications, we’d love to hear from you.

📍 Hybrid | Northwest Arkansas
⏰ Part-Time (30-40 hours/month)
💵 Starting at $25/hour, based on experience
🌟 Competitive Commission (you’ll learn about this during your interview)
