We’re kicking off the summer with exciting news that Karlee has joined Fletcher Media Consulting as our Content Intern! We’re thrilled to have Karlee on board and can’t wait to see the creativity and energy she will bring to the team.

She’ll be creating content for our different social media platforms, researching and experimenting with different trends to boost visibility and engagement, and contributing fresh ideas to support our clients’ and the company’s growth.

Karlee has a huge passion for social media, a natural ability to connect with people, and a personable, positive energy that shines through in everything she does. Her creativity, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills make her a wonderful addition to our team.

Started the morning chatting with Leadership Benton County about the impact of ’s work in Downtown Rogers and ended the day coordinating interviews to recap ’s .

Getting to share about the restoration of The 1907 Building and the benefits of New Urbanism in NWA is always a joy. Guests had great questions about the region’s future and how to intentionally handle growth. Thank you + for the opportunity.

is over and what a week it’s been!! We’re still soaking it all in, but Fletcher Media Consulting is proud to support the Congress’ communications efforts as they prepared for the busiest week of their year.

This annual gathering was a Congress like no other, and we are incredibly grateful to the press for sharing CNU’s mission. From radio to TV and both print and online media, our local + trade press really showed up.

A huge shoutout to everyone that stopped by our table and let us be part of your day! We’re so grateful for the opportunity to support an organization we truly believe in while connecting with so many of you.

And, of course, none of this would’ve gone as smoothly without an incredible team. A huge thank you to the CNU Staff and Board, as well as my team who made this week possible. AJ and Grace are incredibly talented, bright women and I’m so lucky to have them as part of Fletcher Media’s presence at CNU34.

Northwest Arkansas is our home, but the built environment is our specialty. More from us soon, but for today, we rest. Thank you to everyone who attended, supported and shared the Congress’ mission. We couldn’t do it without you.

Being surrounded by powerful, successful women left us feeling inspired and grateful for the organization’s mission. How you show up matters more than many realize.
