We loved bringing this Moms, Dads & Grads campaign to life with  and

From in-store displays through to digital strategy and influencer campaigns through Soapbox Influence and Retail Media, this project brought multiple parts of our team together to create a connected retail experience.

Please help us wish Mandii Smith a Happy 1 Year Anniversary with our studio!

Over the past year, Mandii has done an incredible job stepping in and taking ownership of the apparel category. She handles the fast pace and high volume with such a calm, steady attitude and never seems stressed, no matter what comes her way. Most recently, she completely tackled adjusting the entire format and process to incorporate AI, helping streamline and improve the way we work. Not to mention, she is our spreadsheet queen!

Outside of work, Mandii loves crocheting and even has her own side business, recently got married, has a love for trinkets, and is a proud mom to her two fur babies.

Everyone please help us wish a happy 3 year work anniversary!⭐️ If you know Maren, you know she’s always willing to jump in and help with anything. You also know she has the most positive attitude and is a friend to everyone in the office.

She stays steady even when she has a lot on her plate, always keeps us updated on the latest pop culture news, and keeps us laughing throughout the day too!
