So, how does it all work?
First, we need artwork. A logo, a design. For embroidery, the artwork needs to be in a DST format to "talk" to the embroidery machine. For screen printing, the artwork must be a vector AI and for DTF, a high-resolution transparent PNG or AI.
Once we have artwork and the preferred decoration method, we then need your items - whether apparel or bags or drinkware or hats (etc.!). We have access to tens of thousands of items in various sizes and colors (preferred) or you can bring your own items to be personalized (you will sign a waiver stating that we are not responsible for replacing your items).
From there, you will choose your colors - thread for embroidery or ink for screen printing and the location/size of your artwork. We will offer a quote for your order, and you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit. Then, the magic happens! After the quoted turnaround time, you will be called to let you know that your order is ready for pick up!
