We wish custom apparel worked like Amazon Prime. It seems the longer our actual turnaround time is, the more last-minute orders we get.

But behind every order is a process: artwork digitizing, optimization and approval, ordering garments, waiting for shipments, receiving custom heat transfers or patches, production scheduling, decorating, quality checks, and more. And remember, there are only two of us.

And just like you, our other customers are excitedly waiting for their orders too.

That's why we are transparent about our turnaround times. Many considerations go into a quote on time and while we would love to accommodate last minute requests, the truth is, we can't always do so. When we can, we do charge a $30 rush fee, but that is only when we can. Sometimes, we just can't.

Good things take time—and great custom apparel is worth the wait.
