If you are visiting this page because you recently received a credit card charge for print services from House of Big Prints and are looking for contact information to establish validity, then I want you to know your credit card was charged by a hacker(s) using my Square business account. It was not a legitimate charge for services through my business. The hacker used your credit card to charge an amount then transferred the payment to a debit card. I have been in contact frequently with Square as they work through the issue to resolve it. I can't recommend a solution for you, however if it were me, I would immediately dispute the amount and let the credit card company and Square resolve the issue. I am so sorry if you are someone that was affected by this scheme. I am very frustrated with the situation, the painful process with Square, and the reputation it may have given my business. Although, I will remain hopeful that it will eventually be resolved successfully.

Ten years ago, I had just started my little print business in Kechi, in a small town where I barely knew anyone. Geno who knew, from experience, the trials of being a startup business with only passion for a resume, hired me to make a sign for his restaurant that he likely didn’t need. But he wanted to open a door of opportunity just as many other Kechi businesses did as well. A lot has happened since then. Sadly, Geno is no longer with us and Kechi is no longer where we reside. But Geno’s BBQ still thrives, run by his widow, Betty. After 10 years, the sign was showing wear and tear with menu prices that were...well...definitely from the 1990’s. When Betty reached out to update the pricing, we jumped right on it. Delivering and installing the new face was our privilege yesterday. And the amazing combo dinners afterwards made this a very “fulfilling” 10th anniversary round trip!

This was a fun project completed for Workwell KS and the American Heart Association for their recent convention. 4’ tall letters made for a “wow” wall and circular icons mounted on upside down tomato cages became table decor. All in a day’s work of delivering something genuinely unique for their needs!
