We’ve been proud to partner with Maryland READS for the past 2.5 years, supporting their mission through thoughtful, strategic design and marketing. From statewide convenings to special events, our team at Cassell Communications has helped bring their vision to life across every touchpoint—pre-event promotions, save-the-dates, press releases, print and email invitations, signage, agendas, posters, and full social media campaigns.

From concept to ex*****on, we help bring every event to life—and we truly love this client and their mission. 💙

We are beyond excited to share that Cassell Communications & Design had the honor of helping a very special client (yes—my sister-in-law! 💛) publish her very first children’s book!

From collaborating with the author, to working closely with the illustrator, to navigating the publishing process, this project was truly a labor of love—and we can’t wait for you to see it. This book is absolutely adorable!

Hugo’s Brave Bite reminds us that eating doesn’t start with a bite—it starts with curiosity. Smelling, touching, licking, and playing with food are all meaningful steps forward. Every small win matters.

This story is such a gentle, hopeful reminder for families: progress looks different for every child, and you are not alone. 💛

So proud to be part of bringing this beautiful story into the world!

Book available through Amazon this Monday, January 12th! Stay tuned for more details!

Proud to be supporting Maryland READS through marketing and social media efforts that help raise awareness of Maryland’s reading crisis.

Their latest news—$11 million included as a down payment to fund the Academic Excellence Program—is a meaningful step toward a statewide coaching program for educators and stronger schools across Maryland.

Honored to play a small role in amplifying work that’s making a real impact. 📚

Today, Governor Moore announced funding for K-12 education in his FY 2027 budget.

Thrilled to share that $11 million was included as a down payment to fund the Academic Excellence Program created by the General Assembly last year — a critical step toward establishing a statewide coaching program for educators.

This is an important step forward for ensuring Maryland students and educators have the best schools in the country.

We had the honor of creating two key design pieces for The House DC’s Annual Benefit Dinner—a save the date postcard and a sponsorship self-mailer—helping to bring awareness and support to this impactful event in Washington, DC.

The House DC is dedicated to transforming and empowering at-risk youth, their families, and neighborhoods, breaking cycles and building futures of hope through the love of Jesus. We’re proud to contribute to their mission by designing materials that inspire engagement and generosity.

Check out our work and their organization! 💙

We did it! In just three months, we gave OIF.org a complete makeover—making it easier, faster, and more accessible for the OI community to find the resources and support they need. 💙 We took their existing pdf factsheets and turned them into a searchable Information center, packed with toolkits, fact sheets, and helpful guides

We’re so proud to have helped create a space that truly connects and empowers. Check it out! 👇

Our goal was to create a website for Sweet Hairafter, a hair salon located in the charming village of Kensington, Maryland. The design embodies the salon's brand—a fusion of modern elegance and cozy, local charm—through a visually appealing, easy-to-navigate interface. This website design and development plan not only enhances its online presence but also strengthens its connection with the local community, driving both foot traffic and online engagement. https://sweethairafter.com/
