A new chapter…
Today I want to introduce to everyone Duke Designs!
After much consideration and chasing of my ultimate goals, I have come to the exciting decision to stop pursuing That’s Califorya, and focus on my true passion of graphic design.
I originally pursued That’s Califorya as a way to break into the industry, show some of my work, and gain experience with graphic design and screen printing. That’s Califorya accomplished just that. Alex is the artist, owner and operator behind Duke Designs. His love for art and creating beautiful things at a young age quickly progressed into a curiosity of graphic design and silk-screening, which has now grown into the Santa Cruz-based graphic design company before you today. Alex launched his own clothing line in 2013, That’s Califorya, and has since moved focus to graphic design and business branding as he discovered great joy in taking individuals ideas and concepts and making them a reality.
