The construction business is either feast or famine. What season are you in?

If you are feasting. Congrats. Focus on standardizing and simplifying your processes. Delegate. If you think to yourself, "it will take me longer to show someone what I want than to just do it myself." You REALLY need to Simplify, Standardize & Delegate.

If you are in a business drought...network with people who might be good referral partners. Mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Agents. Stay plugged into your community. Who's getting promoted. Who is moving to the area.

While you are doing those things...Simplify, Standardize and Document your process. Use the down time wisely. Because you WILL get busy. be prepared.
