“Law number 12 in 21 laws of leadership is the law of empowerment. It simply states you have to empower leaders to improve and give them the credit.

Lots of times when I was young in the business I used to HATE on success. When some one beat me for a week or for the year I had a habit of tearing them down. They only beat me bc they had a big order, they got lucky, etc.

The truth is I had insecurities and just wanted people to like me. Not a sign of leadership. My people knew that too.

My whole life changed when I started competing with me and loving other people successes. I started seeing the good in people and focused on how I can add value to them.

Leaders develop leaders.

She didn’t have much time before the summer ended when she started and wanted to make some extra money to cover sorority dues. Her goal was to sell $10K in CUTCO to make over $2,000 in income before she went to college. 📃 •

She also has already earned a professional letter of recommendation from the CEO of our Quarter Billion Dollar Marketing firm! And she’s still a freshman! Grayson’s going to do big things because of her natural positivity, her persistence, and ambition! 💯
