My blog post. All eyes are out for the upcoming movie "Wicked for Good" hitting theaters on November 21. As the sequel to the recent "Wicked, Part 1", which was released around the same time last year, I'm reposting my Elphaba blog post on The Decorated Tree in celebration.
I had a lot of fun with this post because it took me to that imaginary world with a bit of magical realism, once all the elements came together and cast their spell, inspiring this Decorated Tree.
Cynthia Erivo played the part of Elphaba in the 2024 movie and was brilliant in her title role, along with Ariana Grande as Glinda. I look forward to seeing all the good that happens!
