(CBL) is a small Alabama based company, that began when the oldest daughter went off to college. Once she arrived, both her dad and her roommate's dad knew they had to do something to give the girl's more space in their tiny room. They saw other dads making wooden bed lofts and it finally hit them, that there was need for a bed loft that was a little more sturdy than the wooden ones they were seei
ng. They came up with the idea to make a bed loft out of steel. The idea was formed to give students more space in their room. Since that first year at Samford University, more schools and products have been added as new needs are brought to light. CBL began in 2006 as KT Concepts, LLC. Shortly thereafter, the company began to grow and expand products and services offered, and the decision was to change the name and take the company in a new direction. Collegiate Bed Loft Company currently offers different products and services at Auburn University, Baylor University*, Samford University, The University of Alabama, The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor*, and The University of Montevallo. Current product offerings include bed lofts, bed rails, carpets, safes, headboards, bookshelves, and headboard/bookcase units. All products, with the exception of carpets, are rented for the duration of school year. The carpets are purchased by the customers. As long as the order is placed by July 22, 2016, the products will be installed and in the student's room before the first university sanctioned move-in day. Www.cblorder.com). The Summer Storage Program is convenient for out of state students because all they have to do is order the boxes from www.cblorder.com and choose a pick up date and time, and then select a drop off date and time for their belongings to be brought to after the students return from summer break. Collegiate Bed Loft Company is always looking to expand to new universities and start franchise locations outside of Alabama.
