Every handle you see at a bar got branded on a machine like this one, and we need someone to run it. Load, print, check, repeat, and catch the one that's off before it ships. Full time, hands on, in the shop every day.

You don't need print experience. You need to be sharp, consistent, and care whether the job comes out right. We'll teach the machines.

The whole herd, ready to ship.

A full run of Greener Pastures handles came off the finishing rack this week. Sculpted grass, a hand-painted bison, raised white lettering, all cast, sanded, sprayed, and assembled right here in Birmingham. Every handle in this photo was made by a person on our floor, not pulled out of a container.

That’s what 100% American made looks like on a Friday afternoon.

Memorial Day weekend is the spring Super Bowl for taprooms.

Bartenders move fast. The brand has two seconds at the tap line to register. That handle is doing more marketing work in eight hours of pours than your whole social calendar does in a month. If yours look like everyone else's stock acrylic shapes, you are invisible at the bar.

Ours are cast in resin at our Birmingham shop. American made, in-house, fast turn for breweries who actually care what is on the tap line. Ten years of building handles for Duvel, Dos Equis, Tecate, Good People Brewing, and a couple hundred craft breweries in between.

Hiring: hand painter. Real job, real paycheck, real brushes.

We're Steel City Tap Co. We make handcrafted tap handles right here in Birmingham, and we need someone with a steady wrist who genuinely enjoys the slow, careful work that most people scroll past.

This is a paid position, not a "collab" or an unpaid feature. We make the handles. You give them a face.

You're a fit if you've ever:
- Lost a couple hours to painting miniatures, hand-lettering, signs, or models
- Cared more about the line quality than how fast you finished
- Owned strong opinions about brushes (yes, this counts)

Birmingham based or willing to be. Send us a message here on Facebook or DM us on Instagram with a photo of something you've painted. That's the whole application.
