If you’re a client of mine, you may have noticed a guest speaker on some of our calls…

Meet our Director of Interruptions. He’s highly vocal, has zero respect for meeting agendas, and always makes an appearance at the worst possible time.

Planted with purpose. Grown with strategy.

In Spring 2024, Peachy Keen Marketing Consulting stepped in to manage the social accounts for a business that had plateaued online.

There was no long-term content system. No consistent brand voice. No strategic growth plan.

Since then:

• 225,000 average monthly reach
• 3,000 new followers
• 6% Facebook engagement
• 7% Instagram engagement

In a local retail market.

Growth did not happen by posting more. It happened by clarifying positioning, building content pillars, and creating intentional messaging.

Marketing should not feel random.

If your business feels stuck online, it is rarely the algorithm. It is usually strategy.

If you want to talk about what that could look like for your brand, we are always happy to connect!

Someone connected to one of my clients recently had their page taken over by a hacker.

It’s a reminder that social media isn’t just “content.” It’s access to your audience, your reputation, and in many cases, your revenue.

Here are a few simple ways to protect your accounts:

• Turn on two-factor authentication for all admins (preferably with Google Authenticator)
• Limit admin access to only essential team members
• Remove former employees immediately
• Use a password manager instead of shared logins
• Avoid logging in on public WiFi
• Be cautious of messages claiming “policy violations”
• Verify your domain inside Meta Business Manager
• Back up your content regularly

Security isn’t complicated. It just requires intention.

If you manage your own business pages, this is your sign to review your settings today. A five-minute check now can save weeks of cleanup later.

If you’d like help auditing your access or tightening things up, I’m always happy to walk through it with you.

Project management is the unsexy part of marketing.
It’s also the part that actually gets things done.

I help move ideas out of the group chat and into real ex*****on. Timelines that make sense. Clear ownership. Strategy staying intact from start to finish.

Because marketing doesn’t fail from lack of ideas.
It fails in the middle, when no one is steering the ship.

And the middle matters.

Building strategy. Thoughtful conversations. Refining ideas. Aligning teams. Making intentional choices that support the bigger picture.

Good marketing isn’t always flashy. It’s purposeful, steady, and built to last.

“Clear is kind. Unclear is unkind.”

I learned this lesson through experience, and it reshaped how I lead, communicate, and build businesses.

Clarity creates trust. In leadership. In marketing. In the way we show up.

If your message feels heavy or scattered, clarity might be the missing piece.

New blog is live.

In the first episode of The Orchard, I share the real reason behind the recent Peachy Keen brand refresh, and it has nothing to do with aesthetics.

This episode is about what happens when a business outgrows the brand that was built to get it started.

Peachy Keen Marketing Consulting was created quickly to fill an unexpected gap. It was survival branding. And in that season, it worked exactly the way it needed to.

But businesses evolve.
Scope expands.
Responsibility increases.
Ex*****on turns into leadership.

This episode is an honest look at recognizing when something that once fit no longer does, and having the clarity and courage to grow beyond it.

If you are building something and feeling that quiet tension between where you started and where you are headed, this conversation is for you.
