This is a hard time of year for me. It's the time of the year that everyone says thank you for everything that people have done. For me it is a time for joy but also sorrow and pain. Because of my autoimmune disease, I hurt more around this time of the year. I have more flares and stress. Remember people that have autoimmune diseases are suffering inside and put on our brave faces.We want others to enjoy this time of year, so we suffer in silence. Don't forget we are in pain and please be patientwith us. Happy holidays to everyone.

This is the time of year that we say thank you to those that help us through out the year. Someone to thank for help throughout the year. I know I have several people too thanks for help throughout the year and one of the best things I've had is my family. I hope they all are having a good Thanksgiving with their families and enjoying the day of being together. I want to say thank you to everyone that has helped me out one way or the other. I hope you have happy holidays. God bless you all.

Hope I have some that are following my journey with autoimmune. They are keeping me on the medication that is an anti-malarial. I am trying to learn how to map out my flares. This is hard to do. I have lived with this pain for such a long time undiagnosed. It has become a normal day-to-day pain and it is a little harder for me to learn what is a flare and what is not.

An update on my journey with autoimmune. We astablished that I have some issues with arthritis. We also astablished that part of my issues is Bertolotti Syndrome. This is not a common Syndrome. A small percentage of people has this Syndrome. It is because I have 6 lumbar vertebra instead of 5. This causes cronic lower back pain. Most of all the Doctors that I have seen has seen this through out my life. Not a single one said anything about it.

Tried a new revenue unfortunately Im back to the daily grind working for someone else. However the up side is that I can set my own hours. I enjoy what I do. One step at a time to change your life.
