🚨 OKLAHOMA DESERVES ANSWERS. 🚨
The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics & Dangerous Drugs Control (OBNDD) says it’s protecting the public.
But many Oklahoma medical ma*****na business owners are asking a simple question:
Why does it seem like so much enforcement is focused on licensed cannabis businesses while fentanyl deaths continue to devastate communities across our state?
According to OBNDD’s own reported numbers:
📌 1,456 Administrative Actions
📌 1,000+ Revocations
📌 2,487 Applications Denied
📌 470 Search Warrants
Many business owners believe they have been forced into expensive administrative battles, facing allegations they say have never been proven in a court of law.
Meanwhile, Oklahoma families continue to struggle with fentanyl, m**h, trafficking, and overdose crises.
We believe taxpayers deserve transparency.
We believe Oklahoma deserves accountability.
We believe state agencies should be audited when citizens have legitimate concerns about how public resources are being used.
That’s why we’re calling for:
✔️ A full independent audit of OBNDD
✔️ Transparency regarding enforcement priorities
✔️ Public reporting on fentanyl, m**h, and trafficking enforcement efforts
✔️ Accountability for any abuse of power
✔️ Protection of due process rights for Oklahoma business owners
This isn’t about politics.
It’s about transparency.
It’s about accountability.
It’s about making sure government agencies are serving the people of Oklahoma.
