Recently CDR Farms, LLC has been expanding into the grain merchandising business as well. This allows us to offer grain marketing and handling services to other producers in the area. We offer drying, storage, and quick unloading. We offer a v

ariety of contracts and strive to build positive relationships and offer value to our customers, both farmers and end users.

Cover Crop Walk-n-Talk: Thursday, April 13, 2023
Dress for the weather and join the truck-rally around to four unique fields for a "Cover Crop Walk."
Tag along as we walk, talk, look, dig, and consider: the soil conservation and soil quality benefits of
growing a cover crop after harvest 2022, during this in-between time, before planting 2023.
Fields include:
1. Rye drilled after soybeans;
2. Multi-species mix drilled after rye for grain;
3. Rye late summer aerial interseeded into corn for grain;
4. Multi-species mix drilled after summer snap beans;
All fields will be rotated to corn or soybeans in early May.
