Ty is eager to represent his county and show off the support that they have given to him for the Ronald McDonald Houses and the families who use them. He said he has already met so many new people through his participation in the Iowa Governor’s Charity Steer Show. Ty is an active member in his FFA and is dedicated to showing cattle. He has been showing cattle for seven years. Ty will be entering eleventh grade at Davis County Schools. Ty and his steer, Judge, are looking forward to getting in the ring. Ty is the son of Austin Swaim and Alyssa Swaim.
