To our valued customers,

I want to express my deepest gratitude for your unwavering support and understanding over the past 2+ years as Wagner's Trophies transformed into Big Top Teams under my ownership. Your loyalty and encouragement have meant the world to me.

By now, you may have heard that our business is changing hands again and will soon undergo another rebrand with new ownership. During this past Fair Week, I made the decision to sell the business and made sure to take my time in finding the right person to take over. While stepping away was not an easy choice, I know it is the right one for me.

I have poured my heart and soul into growing this business, and I couldn’t be prouder of how far we’ve come. From launching online spirit wear/fundraiser stores to adding two brand-new embroidery machines and updating our invoicing and project management systems, every change has been made with our customers in mind. It has been very rewarding to bring these ideas to life, and I hope they have made your experience even better.

Our entire production team is staying on board, ensuring the same quality and dedication you have come to know and expect from Big Top Teams/Wagner’s Trophies. It will continue to serve you with excellence, and I am confident its future is in great hands.

With the holidays approaching, please be mindful of our standard turnaround times. Your order may be subject to rush fees, especially with December closing in so quickly.

We have had a lot of questions about Rush Charges lately with orders coming in with 1 week turnarounds. There is signage in our store and details on our website that outline lead times and rush charges, but I wanted to share that content here as well.

We are lucky to have so many orders, especially this time of year when we are the busiest, but this occasionally requires our small staff to stay past their normal working hours, which occasionally also puts people into overtime. It also requires us to push new orders ahead of orders that were placed with the standard turnaround times in mind, which is unfair to those customers.

Standard turnaround for any engraving, or heat press is a 10 business day turnaround (roughly 2 weeks, but in the event of a holiday, this isn't 100% accurate, which is why we say 10 business days).

Standard turnaround time for embroidery, silk screening, and promotional products is 15 business days.

Note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, where we will post our closures on weekdays in advance.

Thank you for all of your support and orders! If we weren't so busy and have so many loyal customers, we wouldn't need to have these policies in place because we would be twiddling our thumbs waiting for orders to come in!

I will make one last note that we reserve the right to waive rush fees and alter the percentages to be lower (never higher) than what is advertised.
