Cofounder Frank X. Powers recently joined the Pharmaceutical Marketing MBA Capstone class at Saint Joseph's University to teach what the textbook can't: real case studies and the real career story behind them.

Big thanks to professors David M. Paragamian and Scott A. Stoogenke for the invitation. The next generation of pharma marketers asked sharp questions, and Frank delivered honest answers.

Say hello to Abby Dean, PhD, our new VP, Medical Director.

Abby comes to us with a PhD in physiology from the Lew Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and has experience partnering with pharmaceutical teams to shape medical strategy and develop content, including strategic advisory board and peer-to-peer promotional initiatives. She has worked across pulmonology, cardiology, neurology, and infectious diseases, making her an excellent addition to our team.

Outside of work, you can find Abby enjoying some fresh sushi or watching Top Gun: Maverick.

We’re excited to see how her strengths, personality, and experience have a positive impact on Elevate.

Lauren's writing experience ranges from editorial and lifestyle magazine work to pharmaceutical copy. She also brings hands-on experience communicating directly with patients and caregivers from her time supporting young children as they developed expressive language and fine motor skills.

Outside of work, she’s all about indie rock, spaghetti & meatballs, and dreaming of a trip to Italy.
