Alana Media Helping small businesses and entrepreneurs gain brand awareness through social media!

Not just posting pretty wedding photos and hoping couples inquire.

Storytelling content that helps couples actually picture themselves there.

Content that makes the venue feel warm, intentional, emotional, and lived in instead of just another beautiful space on Instagram.

When I started leaning more into storytelling content for this venue client, showing the experience, the atmosphere, the in-between moments, the personality behind the brand, their website clicks increased by 75% in one month!

The goal is helping the right couples feel connected enough to take the next step.

That’s the difference between content that just fills a feed and content that actually supports a business!

POV: what’s in the bag of your wedding content creator 👀

A portable charger because wedding days are LONG.
Extra storage because I refuse to miss a moment.
Lip gloss, safety pins, tissues, snacks… basically a tiny emergency kit at this point 😅

And most importantly… a camera roll ready to capture all the little moments you’ll want to relive the next morning.

The behind-the-scenes laughs, the getting ready chaos, your best friends hyping you up, the quiet moments in between everything else.

The kind of memories that deserve to live somewhere besides your guests’ camera rolls 🤍

There was a season where I thought “success” meant doing more.

More posting. More clients. More visibility. More pressure to keep up.

But over time, my priorities started to shift.

Now I care less about keeping up with everything online, and more about building something intentional.

Something that actually supports the people I work with well, reflects my values, and doesn’t require me to constantly strive or perform to feel like I’m doing enough.

I’ve also learned to hold my business with a lot more open hands. Trusting God with timing, growth, and direction instead of trying to force everything to happen on my own timeline.

The goal isn’t just growth for me anymore. It’s alignment. Peace. Sustainability. And serving people well without losing myself in the process.

If you’re in a season of rethinking how you want your business to feel too, you’re not alone.

I use these content types on repeat with clients all the time 👀

And they never look the same twice.

Good social media strategy is not about copying what worked for someone else word-for-word.

It’s about understanding:
– what makes your business different
– what your couples care about
– and how your brand naturally connects with people

Some clients need more storytelling.
Some need stronger positioning.
Some need more educational content.
Some need help sounding more human online.

The strategy shifts because the business does too.

And I think that’s why so many wedding vendors feel disconnected from social media advice online, most of it ignores how unique every business actually is.

Save this for the next time you don’t know what to post!
