Try New Flavors: Next time you are in a kitchen, focus on adding new flavors to your foods. Intead of reaching for table salt to season foods, try a new herb, spice or citrus fruit like lemons, limes or oranges!🍋 🍊 When you are cooking and you feel a recipe needs more salt, try adding something more acidic like lemon juice to it, promise you won't even miss the salt taste! By cooking with more herbs, spices, and citrus fruits it will improve our heart health and your heart muscle will thank you for it!!
