Saha adapte olamaz dediler. Sonuç tam tersi çıktı.

Housekeeping ve teknik ekiplerin yeni teknolojilere uyum sağlamakta zorlanacağı düşünülüyordu.

Fakat otel ziyaretlerimizde gördüğümüz şey çok farklıydı: Sahadaki ekipler, yöneticilerin tahmin ettiğinden çok daha hızlı adapte oldu.

Hatta bir yöneticinin yorumu her şeyi özetliyordu:

“Bunu bloklayan aslında bizmişiz.”
